This role supports the development and delivery of innovative payment products by translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business & reporting requirements Translate business needs into functional specs Document processes and workflows Support project delivery and backlog grooming (PMO) Manage requirement changes and maintain documentation Support UAT and validate solutions against requirements Improve analysis tools and processes continuously Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant tertiary qualification 5–8 years’ business analysis experience Payments industry knowledge (retail, digital, banking, EFT, etc.) advantageous Proficient in Microsoft suite, Draw.io, Jira, Confluence, and Visio Strong business English (additional languages beneficial) Valid driver’s license and reliable transport Apply now!
