DBN000327 – Business Intelligence Analyst – Kempton Park Purpose of the job: Accountable for converting data into useful business insights that allow the Group and its businesses to make well-informed decisions. Required Qualifications: 3–5 years' experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Experience developing Power BI dashboards. Experience working with SQL databases. Experience analysing business performance. Experience supporting business leaders through data analytics. Experience in agriculture, manufacturing or FMCG will be advantageous. Technical Competencies & Experience: Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers across sales, finance, supply chain, and HR. Data Governance: Maintain strict data quality and integrity standards. Integrate and validate information across ERP, CRM, and financial platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to translate needs into analytical solutions. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Automation: Design data integration processes that streamline reporting and reduce manual effort. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to help management measure progress against strategic objectives. Capability Enhancement: Drive the maturity of business analytics. Promote data-driven decision-making and adopt new analytical tools.
