Senior Systems Support Analyst 💡 Build, Optimise, and Keep Critical Systems Running Cape Town We’re looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst who thrives in high-volume, technology-driven environments and understands how systems power real-world operations. If you're passionate about warehouse tech, system performance, and solving complex problems in live environments —this role is for you. ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing Own system support across mission-critical environments Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical and operational system issues Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) Ensure system uptime, performance, and stability Evaluate user needs and translate them into system improvements Deliver “train-the-trainer” enablement to operational teams Manage system compliance, licensing, and governance Provide after-hours support (rotational standby) 🧠 Tech Stack & Skills Strong experience with WMS / WCS environments SQL and/or Python exposure Systems troubleshooting in live production environments Understanding of end-user computing (EUC) Proficiency in Google Workspace tools Ability to work across tech + operations + users ✅ What You Bring ✅ ~5+ years Systems Support experience ✅ ~3+ years in warehouse / supply chain operations ✅ Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting + system analysis ✅ Experience leading or mentoring teams ✅ Strong problem-solving mindset in high-pressure environments ✅ Ability to travel ✅ Reliable internet + ability to work flexibly
