A leading luxury tile and bathroomware retailer is seeking a professional Internal Showroom Retail Sales Consultant for their Somerset West branch. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic individual with proven sales success, a flair for design, and a passion for customer service excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with walk-in clients in a luxury showroom environment on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and accessories Support new builds and renovation clients by calculating quantities from building plans Provide high-end customer service Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals Conduct telephonic sales calls and follow-ups with professionals in the industry Assist with showroom maintenance: displays, pricing, POS materials Meet and exceed monthly sales targets REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years’ sales experience (retail/home improvement preferred) Proven track record of excellent customer service Target-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team Strong communication skills – written & verbal Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP Solid arithmetic skills and attention to detail Creative flair and design sense Own transport and valid SA driver’s licence Minimum education: Matric Well-groomed, professional, and client-focused Able to multitask and meet showroom deadlines *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
