An established RF company in Centurion is recruiting for a Head of Industrialisation with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation, RF design engineering or systems engineering. BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) Head of Industrialisation Centurion Minimum requirements: BEng (Industrial/ Electronic/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) Minimum of 5 years of working experience in product industrialisation, RF design engineering or systems engineering. Good command of the English language (written and verbal) Responsibilities: Lead the industrialisation strategy, ensuring efficient and scalable product transfer into production. Own and optimise the end-to-end industrialisation process from design through qualification and release.
