Duties / Key Responsibilities Be the architectural and technical authority Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software. Plan releases, prioritize development tasks, and collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines. Design core systems, APIs, and features, ensuring future-proof and extensible architectures. Work hands-on and lead a team across all tech verticals from Java to front-end technologies, cloud environments, AI etc. Select frameworks, libraries, and technologies for new products; research and prototype emerging tech. Coordinate with DevOps for testing, deployment, and smooth operation of production systems. Requirements 7+ years of technical hands on experience in Java and front-end tech. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), system and API design. Strong knowledge of software patterns, best practices, and modular design. A strong technical leader with a wide skillset. Passion for innovative technology and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Soft Skills Analytical, critical thinker, and creative problem solver. Strong communicator able to express complex ideas clearly.
