About this role
Our client, a growing multinational company headquartered in Madrid, is looking for an International Tax Specialist who thinks commercially, not just compliantly. This isn't a role for someone who wants to tick boxes - it's for a sharp, curious tax mind who can spot opportunities to save the Group money, challenge the status quo, and bring genuine tax efficiency to a business operating across more than 15 jurisdictions. You'll report directly to a CFO who is strategic, direct, and results-driven - someone who wants a partner who runs with things, not someone who needs managing. If you're a go-getter who wants real ownership, values being hands-on over sitting behind a desk waiting for instruction, and genuinely enjoys finding the smarter way to structure something, this role offers serious scope to grow your career and your influence. Working closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors, you'll help reduce tax leakage and build smarter, more efficient tax structures across a genuinely global footprint spanning Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
