My Client in Cape Town CBD is urgently looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep React expertise to lead the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable user interfaces Lead front‑end architecture decisions, champion best practices, and drive consistency in patterns, tooling and code quality. Design and deliver complex, scalable user‑facing features, breaking down large problems into maintainable components. Architect reliable client/server state management solutions, define caching and real‑time update patterns, and collaborate effectively on API design. Uphold high-quality engineering by setting testing standards, strengthening CI/CD, and improving observability and debugging. Optimise performance across rendering, bundle size and Core Web Vitals, while ensuring strong accessibility and proactive improvements. Build scalable UI systems, evolve shared design systems, and maintain consistency across components, flows and user experiences. Lead incident triage, deep debugging and root‑cause analysis to improve reliability and resilience.
