Shift Supervisor Lead a customer-focused production shift R348,000 - R405,000 A strong manufacturing leader is needed to take ownership of a 10-15 person production shift within a stable global business known for scale, innovation and long-term growth. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on shift leadership with customer centricity, operational discipline and exposure to a fast-moving environment spanning manufacturing, logistics, packaging and FMCG. It is a compelling move for a supervisor who enjoys driving performance, supporting team development and keeping production running efficiently across rotating day and night shifts, including 12-hour cover when business needs call for it. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 plus an Operations, Engineering or Production Management qualification. 3-5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years leading teams at supervisory level. Strong understanding of operations procedures and processes. Experience with warehouse inventory management systems such as MFGPro, Nautilus, Manhattan or SAP. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid computer literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, numerical ability and proactive leadership skills. Reliable, accurate and medically fit, with the ability to identify staff development needs and manage a shift effectively.
