Our client, an innovative and fast-growing technology company, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel Coordinator to join their team. Key Responsibilities Travel Coordination Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport and travel itineraries. Manage visa applications and ensure all travel documentation complies with international requirements. Process and reconcile travel expenses and ensure adherence to company travel policies and budgets. Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related enquiries, including urgent travel changes and after-hours emergencies. Reception & Front Office Support Provide professional reception support and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors, clients and suppliers. Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings and front-office administration. Assist with reception duties during periods of absence or increased operational requirements. Office Administration Provide administrative support to management and assist with day-to-day office operations. Coordinate meetings and administrative activities across departments. Assist with the planning and coordination of company events, staff functions and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain a professional, organised and efficient office environment. Minimum Requirements Higher Certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Management Assistance or a related qualification. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a dedicated travel coordination role. Proven experience arranging both domestic and international business travel. Experience coordinating visa applications and travel documentation. Experience managing travel expense reconciliations and reporting. Previous reception or front-office experience. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. Advantageous Experience Experience supporting multiple departments or international teams. Experience planning and coordinating corporate events and functions.
