What you'll be doing: - Drive and support business improvement projects from planning through implementation. - Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen principles. - Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to provide actionable insights. - Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decisions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Contribute to innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and process automation projects. - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainable results. Minimum Requirements: ✔ BSc/BEng in Industrial Engineering (essential). ✔ 3 to 5 years' relevant Industrial Engineering or Business Process Engineering experience. ✔ Strong understanding of process improvement, Lean, Kaizen, and business optimisation methodologies. ✔ Experience with data analysis and reporting. ✔ Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools is advantageous. ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. 📍 Location: Johannesburg (Office-based) If you're ready to make a real impact by improving business performance and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
