About this role
We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to drive plant performance, oversee fixed and mobile assets, lead operational teams, and ensure world-class safety, productivity, and service delivery standards Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role. Proven experience managing teams within an industrial, manufacturing, processing, or plant environment Strong knowledge of: Production and plant operations Maintenance planning and asset management Health and Safety regulations Fixed plant equipment (conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, processing equipment) Mobile plant equipment (front-end loaders, dozers, tipper trucks) Experience using ERP systems, operational reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
