Duties / Key Responsibilities Sell industrial consumable products to customers within the steel and related markets. Achieve agreed sales targets and forecasts. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify opportunities to increase customer activity and sales. Handle customer queries, complaints and objections professionally. Recommend practical solutions based on customer needs. Promote the company’s products, service standards and professional image. Work closely with sales management, customer service, product teams and technical specialists. Requirements Previous sales experience within industrial or steel markets is essential . Experience selling consumable products is required. Comfortable working with sales targets and customer forecasts. Computer literate, including MS Office and Excel. Experience using CRM systems. Good spoken and written English; bilingual ability would be an advantage. Valid Code 8 driver’s licence. Able to manage complaints and objections while finding workable solutions. Education Matric / Grade 12 or NTC 3. Formal sales training or a sales qualification would be an advantage. Soft Skills Friendly, confident and easy to deal with. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues at different levels. Willing to learn and apply new technical and sales knowledge.
