About this role
Responsible for assembling and brazing copper and brass components, pressure testing completed units, and ensuring high-quality workmanship in line with production, safety, and quality standards. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. 3–5 years' brazing experience in a manufacturing environment. 1–3 years' experience within a refrigeration environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience with copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass brazing. Ability to meet high-quality workmanship standards. Good communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure. Good English communication skills. Strong commitment to health and safety procedures.
