This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence leader with a background in telecommunications, network planning, RF engineering, data science, and predictive analytics to shape strategic decisions across multiple African markets. If you enjoy turning complex datasets into commercial opportunities and influencing executive-level decisions through insight, this role offers both scale and impact. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain market-leading databases of network, customer, commercial, and market intelligence data across Africa Use advanced analytics to identify ideal future telecommunications infrastructure locations Build predictive models that forecast network growth, customer demand, and infrastructure requirements Leverage machine learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy and business decision-making Engage directly with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to understand rollout strategies and translate requirements into actionable opportunities Generate market intelligence, competitive insights, pricing recommendations, and revenue forecasts Present data-driven insights to executive leadership in a way that drives action and supports commercial objectives Collaborate across commercial, sales, site acquisition, operations, and M&A teams to support strategic initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field 8+ years' experience in telecommunications network planning or optimisation 5+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Commercial Intelligence 3+ years' experience building predictive and machine learning models Strong experience within telecommunications, tower infrastructure, RF planning, or related sectors Advanced SQL, Python, R, and Google BigQuery experience Experience developing machine learning and predictive analytics models Strong GIS capability, including ArcGIS Experience with Oracle Analytics Server, Oracle Data Visualizer, or Microsoft Power BI Apply now!
