An exciting opportunity is available for a Rental or Sales Agent to join an established property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales personality, excellent communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career in property. The successful candidate will have access to a database of approximately 2,500 property owners through an affiliation with the Property Administrator company, providing an excellent platform for business development. Key Responsibilities Source and secure new properties for rental and/or sale. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients. Manage the rental and sales process from initial enquiry through to conclusion. Conduct property viewings and negotiate with prospective tenants and buyers. Generate new business and identify opportunities within the existing property owner network. Provide professional service and ongoing communication to clients. Meet and exceed agreed rental and sales targets. Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant documentation is completed. Requirements Previous property experience would be advantageous, but less experienced candidates will be considered. Strong sales and business development ability. Confident, outgoing and target-driven personality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle would be advantageous. Willingness to work towards obtaining/maintaining the relevant property practitioner status. Income & Commission Structure Competitive basic salary for the rental position, plus commission. Attractive commission split on successful rental placements. Increased commission percentage once rental targets are achieved. Sales agents work on a commission split, with the agent’s share increasing significantly once the annual target is reached.
