Take ownership of the full financial function, ensuring strong financial reporting, compliance, controls and commercial insight. This role works closely with Operations and senior leadership, requiring a hands-on Financial Manager who can combine strong technical financial expertise with commercial awareness and operational leadership. BCom Accounting / BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a financial management leadership role Strong team management and leadership skills Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability Commercially aware with sound business acumen Strong operational and hands-on approach Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and management accounts Strong knowledge of financial controls, tax, VAT and statutory compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
