My Client in the northern suburbs of Jhb is urgently looking for an IT Manager that will lead the organisation’s technology operations, ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, applications, networks, and support services are secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives -Manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, applications, end-user support, and service availability. - Lead, coach, and develop IT team members, setting priorities and ensuring effective workload management. - Oversee IT security controls, access management, incident response, backup processes, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness. - Plan and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements. - Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, contracts, and vendor relationships. - Monitor system performance, service levels, risks, and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technology needs and translate them into practical IT solutions. - Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and process improvements that can enhance operational efficiency and business value. - Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and updates for senior management on IT performance, risks, projects, and priorities. Requirements: 5 years in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Systems administration Bachelor degree or Diploma 2 years in a supervisory, Team lead/management role IT Infrastructure, Networks, Cyber Security Principles, Backup and Recovery Exp Please note the role is onsite in Jhb North Please send your cv to [email protected]
