We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to oversee regional financial operations, maintain rigorous financial controls, and lead our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management reporting, statutory compliance, stock management, and optimising intercompany financial processes. BCom or Commercial Degree (Non-Negotiable). CIMA, CA(SA), or SAIPA/SAICA registration is highly advantageous 3–5 years’ Financial Management experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; prior ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) Intercompany accounts and stock management exposure are critical for this role Financial Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and review of management accounts and reports. Maintain financial system integrity, manage internal controls, oversee Capex applications, and resolve reconciling items on debtors and creditors Oversee compliance with VAT, Tax, Customs, IFRS, and internal risk management procedures, implementing corrective actions where needed Maintain up-to-date regional records for debtors, creditors, and fixed assets for seamless year-end audits Manage, lead, and develop the finance team As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
