Our client is looking for a commercially driven Brand Portfolio Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of exciting brands and play a key role in driving their growth, profitability and market presence. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, marketing, numbers and product development. You’ll have the opportunity to influence brands from growth planning and P&L management through to campaigns, forecasting, product launches and supplier coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic growth plans for assigned brands Identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share, distribution and brand awareness Manage and interpret brand-level P&Ls, revenue, gross profit, margins and budgets Set and monitor commercial targets, forecasts and performance Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets Coordinate campaigns, product launches, content and promotional activities Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand positioning Develop sales and SKU forecasts and assist with stock and purchasing planning Monitor stock levels, sell-through, lead times and demand Coordinate new product, packaging and production projects Liaise with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, printers and external partners Obtain quotations, samples, specifications and lead times and prepare commercial recommendations Manage relationships with international brand principals and local suppliers Identify new product, category and market opportunities Present brand performance, strategies and recommendations to senior management Ensure projects, launches and production requirements are delivered on time and within budget REQUIREMENTS : Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field Previous experience in Brand Management, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Commercial Marketing or a similar role Strong understanding of revenue, gross margins, budgets and basic P&L management Experience developing and implementing brand or commercial growth strategies Strong analytical and commercial skills with confidence working with sales and financial data Experience with budgeting and marketing spend allocation Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, particularly for forecasting and commercial analysis Excellent project management and organisational skills Experience managing suppliers and external stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare commercial recommendations and present them to senior management Own transport and a valid driver’s licenc ADVANTAGEOUS: Experience within skincare, beauty, healthcare, FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, importing/distribution or product manufacturing, particularly experience with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, printers or physical product development IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate is commercially driven, analytical and highly organised, with a strong understanding of both brands and business.
