Estimator Qualification National Senior Certificate (Gr.12) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Requirements Previous estimating experience advantageous Knowledge of ASME Codes, Standards and Materials Knowledge of NEC Contracts Woking experience in estimating Heat exchangers Knowledge of Site estimation and installation methodologies Planning experience (MS Projects or Primavera) advantageous Proficient in Excel Proficient in performing detailed quantity takeoffs Attention to detail Must be able to read and understand technical engineering drawings Strong math and analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform under pressure Ability to work independently and as a team
