Qualification Matric Requirements Previous internal sales, telesales, business development or recruitment experience. Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A confident, energetic and persuasive personality. Strong telephone and negotiation skills. Target-driven with a proven passion for achieving results. Resilient, organised and able to work under pressure. Professional, proactive and self-motivated. Recruitment industry experience will be an advantage, but is not essential.
