Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking to employ a Brand Leader to join their team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract. Location: Western Cape, Table View Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd Registration No. 2022/876857/07 Duties & Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support Manage the CGM’s calendar, travel, meetings, and priorities. Prepare agendas, briefing packs, reports, presentations, and accurate meeting minutes. Track follow-ups, deliverables, and key regional projects. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate communication, correspondence, and stakeholder requests on behalf of the CGM. Brand Leadership & People Management Lead, support, and supervise branch staff, promoting a positive, high-performance culture. Conduct performance check-ins, coaching, and skills development as required. Oversee recruitment coordination, onboarding, scheduling, and HR administration delegated by the CGM. Support staff engagement, wellness, and team-building initiatives. Brand Operations Management Ensure efficient day-to-day branch operations, workflows, and service delivery. Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Oversee facilities, equipment, office supplies, and operational readiness. Coordinate branch meetings, strategy sessions, and internal communications. Customer, Stakeholder & Community Engagement Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and national departments. Support community or brand-related initiatives that strengthen regional presence. Financial, Reporting & Performance Management Track and report on branch KPIs, performance metrics, and operational deliverables. Support budgeting, expense processing, procurement, reconciliations, and supplier liaison. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service standards, and operational performance. Prepare monthly/quarterly operational and performance reports for the CGM. Risk, Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to organisational, legislative, regulatory, and audit standards. Maintain secure and compliant record keeping, documentation, and reporting. Support health & safety protocols and incident reporting within the branch. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation preparation Minute-taking, data tracking, and administrative accuracy Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (advantageous) Digital filing, document control & information management Core Competencies Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication Exceptional organisation, planning & multitasking ability Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Customer-centric, professional, and adaptable Experience & Qualification Matric (compulsory) Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related field (preferred) Minimum 3–5 years in a senior administrative or operations role Experience in staff supervision, office leadership, or branch coordination Previous support to senior or executive leadership preferred Exposure to multi-site, regional, or fast-paced operational environments advantageous Valid driver’s licence (Manual) Natural organiser and operational problem-solver Calm under pressure, adaptable, and dependable Relationship-focused with professional communication skills Driven, disciplined, and committed to excellence Additional Information Only applicants who meet the requirements outlined above will be considered.
