Piketberg area, Western Cape – South Africa: The Maintenance Coordinator will report to the packhouse manager. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Relevant N3 Fitter or electrician, NQF4 Fitter or electrician qualification At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position Willing to work irregular/night shift and long hours (as required in the packing industry) Oversee the storage and handling of table grapes and citrus Experience in cold room maintenance will be an advantage RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Supervise maintenance staff in packhouse Preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment Report and repair any breakdowns Perform daily inspections General building maintenance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
