An established plastic manufacturing organisation in Boksburg is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong CNC machining and toolroom background. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who understands machining processes, can work confidently with CNC equipment and has the practical expertise to support a busy manufacturing environment. NQF Level 4 occupational / trade qualification preferred 6+ years' relevant experience Proven CNC milling experience – 3-axis or higher Conventional milling and turning experience Mastercam / CAM experience Strong knowledge of machine setup and tooling strategies Ability to interpret technical drawings Manufacturing/toolroom environment experience Formally qualified or highly experienced – NON-NEGOTIABLE Strong practical problem-solving ability Operate and manage 3-axis or higher CNC milling processes Work with conventional milling and turning equipment Programme and optimise machining using Mastercam or other CAM software Manage machine setup, cutter selection and tooling strategies Select appropriate machining processes and materials Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Support tooling and manufacturing requirements Troubleshoot machining and production challenges As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
