A leading engineering and project delivery organisation is looking for a versatile Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across both tender estimating and project QS functions. You’ll work closely with the estimating and project management teams across a diverse range of construction projects. National Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying 5–8 years' relevant experience SAPQS registration advantageous Health & Safety qualification advantageous Strong estimating and tender experience Ability to work across both tenders and live projects – NON-NEGOTIABLE Experience across schools, hospitals, housing and commercial buildings advantageous Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a medium-sized, hands-on environment Prepare accurate project and tender estimates Work across both estimating and project QS functions Support tender submissions and commercial evaluations Manage QS functions throughout project delivery Work closely with Project Managers and clients Cost control, valuations and commercial reporting Work across private, insurance and government projects As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
