An established Engineering company is recruiting an experienced Financial Manager to take ownership of the complete financial function across project-based engineering, Manufacturing, Steel and Mining operations. This role is suited to a detail-driven finance leader who understands the pace, controls and compliance requirements of the mining, steel, engineering, manufacturing or heavy industrial sectors. NON-NEGOTIABLE: BCom Accounting, Finance or Commerce degree; BCom Honours advantageous NON-NEGOTIABLE: Active registration with a recognised SA financial body such as CA(SA), AGA(SA), SAIPA or CIMA Financial Manager or Senior Accountant experience within mining, steel, engineering, manufacturing or heavy industrial sectors Full accounting function ownership, including general ledger, trial balance and monthly management accounts Annual financial statements, IFRS or IFRS for SMEs, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and audit coordination.
