About this role
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the full HR administration and compliance function within a well-established engineering business. You'll oversee the complete employee lifecycle, drive labour law compliance, manage Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting and support a workforce across operational and project sites. 5+ years' HR experience in engineering or construction environments Strong working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Employment Equity and Skills Development legislation Proven experience with HR administration, IR and statutory compliance Experience managing WSP, ATR and Employment Equity submissions Payroll administration exposure and SARS/UIF/SDL knowledge Experience supporting blue-collar, site-based and operational workforces Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
