A water resilience consultancy based in Pretoria , is seeking a CAD Operator / Draughtsman . Must Have: - Formal draughting qualification. N-level engineering drawing, a draughting diploma/certificate, or equivalent. - A genuine drawing-office track record in piping, mechanical, or building services draughting — the closest domains to wet services. - Current AutoCAD proficiency -- demonstrated, not claimed. - Drawing-office discipline. Revisions, registers, title blocks, checking etiquette. Strongly preferred: - Revit / BIM exposure — filtration plant standard is BIM-based; trainable if AutoCAD fundamentals are strong. - Wet services / plumbing / fire layout familiarity; site as-built experience. - Own transport — an advantage for site work. The role: - Produce and revise AutoCAD (and progressively Revit) drawings from engineer markups, calculations and sketches, with a 48-hour turnaround target. - Maintain drawing registers, revision control, title-block and layer standards across all projects; prepare transmittals. - Extract and prepare as-built records from site markups; consolidate and index our standard detail library so it is reused on every new package. - Prepare figures and schematics for audit reports, proposals and tender packages in house style.
