A busy FMCG manufacturing operation in the Chamdor, Krugersdorp area is looking for a junior Dispatch Supervisor to support its day-to-day logistics and dispatch activities. This is a strong opportunity for someone organised and energetic at the start of their career who wants practical exposure to supply chain, logistics, stock movement and production operations . Duties / Key Responsibilities Coordinate incoming stock, deliveries, outgoing orders and collections. Confirm delivery and collection times with suppliers, customers and transport providers. Liaise with production, dispatch and other internal teams to keep stock moving smoothly. Monitor orders and follow up on delays, shortages or discrepancies. Maintain accurate inbound and outbound records. Complete and file dispatch, stock and delivery documentation. Assist with stock, production and dispatch administration. Keep management updated on operational issues and progress. Support the production team with general coordination where needed. Requirements Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English . Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and email. Strong administration, organisation and follow-up skills. Able to work accurately in a busy operational environment. Exposure to logistics, dispatch, warehousing and/or production. FMCG or food manufacturing experience would be useful, but is not essential. Suitable for an early-career candidate who is keen to learn and build a career in supply chain. Education Grade 12 / Matric. Further studies in logistics, supply chain, operations or a related field would be advantageous. Soft Skills Proactive and willing to learn. Confident communicator. Reliable and organised. Comfortable dealing with different people throughout the day. Good attention to detail and able to follow through on tasks. Team player with a practical, can-do approach. Salary The proposed salary range is around R15,000 per month, marginally negotiable for a candidate with better qualifications or experience.
