Our client, a well-established organisation within the financial services and wealth management sector, is seeking an experienced IT: Practice Transition & Data Support Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the seamless transition of new practices onto the organisation's systems and digital platforms. The role has a strong focus on client data management, data preparation and loading, digital onboarding, system troubleshooting and user support. This position will work closely with Financial Planners, administrative teams and internal support functions to ensure that new practices are successfully onboarded and that digital processes operate efficiently. Responsibilities: Cleanse, sanitise, deduplicate and transform client data for system migration and onboarding. Prepare client data for bulk loading into CRM systems. Perform bulk client data take-on and file loading. Manage bulk pre-population and enablement for electronic client sign-on. Set up and enable bulk digital signatures on behalf of Advisor practices. Integrate digital processes into CRM systems to facilitate communication with clients. Troubleshoot electronic processes between Advisor offices and clients. Assist internal users with onboarding clients through digital platforms. Monitor and measure take-up, successes, failures and completion rates. Identify potential data risks, dependencies and system issues before they become business-critical. Manage change control relating to practice data entering the production environment. Maintain and update dashboards in line with internal SLAs. Understand business processes and align them with the operating model and digital ecosystem. Provide virtual training and support to regional practices, Advisors and administrative staff. Assist users in effectively utilising digital processes and platforms. Establish and support systems and processes to enable efficient electronic client engagement. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve operational and technical issues. Support continuous improvement of digital onboarding and transition processes. Requirements: Matric. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certifications. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT, data support or systems-related position. Strong data management and analytical experience. Exposure to the financial services or wealth management environmen t would be advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate should have: Strong computer literacy. Advanced or strong Microsoft Excel capability. Understanding of JSON payloads and configuration files . Ability to troubleshoot system integrations. Ability to read and understand existing code, particularly JavaScript and C# . Experience working with CRM systems. Experience with Xplan would be advantageous. Power BI proficiency would be advantageous. Experience with digital onboarding/signature platforms would be beneficial. Exposure to XLS/data file processing. Ability to quickly learn and work with proprietary/internal applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable investigating problems, working with large volumes of data, troubleshooting digital processes and supporting users. Experience within financial services or wealth management will be advantageous.
