Our client based in Witbank is looking for an IT Field Service Technician to join their team. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Driver’s license A+ Certificate or equivalent or N+ Certificate or equivalent 1+ year work experience Key responsibilities: Delivering technical services at customer sites Basic customer problem-solving, providing operation and maintenance on client site Service contract site visits - repair work; technical inspections and recommendations at site; preventive maintenance work at site Local installation and start-up support of pre-assembled products Providing specific technical discipline work at site Identifying sales leads and promoting services offering.
