HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER Location: Alberton, Gauteng Salary: R40 000 – R50 000 per month, depending on experience An established manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the full HR function and provide strategic and operational support to management. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in HR, Labour Relations or related field Minimum 8 years’ mid to senior-level HR experience Manufacturing experience essential Strong labour law knowledge, including CCMA representation Experience with payroll, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and disciplinary processes Knowledge of EE, Skills Development and B-BBEE compliance Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills Key Responsibilities Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding and personnel administration Oversee employment contracts, policies and HR procedures Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and union engagement Manage performance, training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with labour legislation and reporting requirements Oversee payroll and the HR budget Prepare HR reports and provide proactive advice to senior management Availability: Immediately or as soon as possible. Working hours: Includes Saturdays from 08:00–13:00 and occasional after-hours availability when required.
