Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the effective operation of multiple quick-service restaurants within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for profitability, customer satisfaction, labour and sales targets, operational efficiency and adherence to company standards and procedures. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent travel between restaurants. Key Responsibilities People Management Manage Branch Manager performance through monthly reviews. Develop Branch Managers' ability to understand and use Profit & Loss statements. Ensure succession plans are in place. Guide Branch Managers on staffing in line with HR policies and processes. Drive performance management, coaching, reward and recognition. Encourage cross-branch best-practice sharing. Profitability & Business Growth Drive financial profitability and business growth through analysis, reporting and action planning. Monitor and control operational costs. Drive labour productivity by monitoring overtime and absenteeism. Maintain consistent product and equipment quality. Implement marketing and promotional initiatives. Analyse dashboard reports and take appropriate action. Customer Satisfaction Analyse customer satisfaction reports. Guide Branch Managers in improving customer service and satisfaction. Ensure training plans are implemented. Ensure Brand Standard Audit action plans are maintained and followed. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and cleanliness standards. Ensure adherence to cash-handling and banking procedures. Ensure store management follows company policies and procedures. Identify potential legal risks and take appropriate action. Conduct disciplinary hearings. Represent the company before labour authorities and dispute-resolution bodies in Angola. Provide first-line employee relations support. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal. Minimum 5 years' experience managing multiple restaurants/branches within the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Valid driver's license – essential. Good understanding of: Basic financial principles and gross profit growth. QSR business principles. Marketing standards and principles. Employment relations.
