As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise IT strategy while overseeing applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data governance, cybersecurity, and service delivery. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the organisation's technology roadmap, drive automation and digital transformation initiatives, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing technology services. You will work closely with business leaders to align IT initiatives with strategic objectives while ensuring best practices in governance, risk management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the enterprise IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap Align technology initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements Establish and maintain governance frameworks aligned to industry best practices Oversee the lifecycle management of enterprise applications and integrations Drive automation and digitisation initiatives across business processes Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure and workloads within Microsoft Azure Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and performance across IT environments Lead enterprise IT service delivery, support operations, and user experience improvements Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes Define and enforce cybersecurity strategies, policies, and governance frameworks Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards Manage identity, access management, endpoint security, and cloud security initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience: Proven experience in IT Management, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Systems environments Experience defining and executing enterprise technology strategies Strong background in IT governance, service delivery, cybersecurity, and cloud operations Experience leading digital transformation and business automation initiatives Technical Skills: Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Services Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management ServiceNow (ITSM, Service Management, Workflow Automation) Google Workspace Administration Sage 300 ERP Systems IT Service Management (ITIL principles) Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Infrastructure Management Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Management Data Governance and Information Security Controls Additional Requirements: Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities within a complex enterprise environment Strong focus on service excellence, governance, and continuous improvement Apply now!
