My clients are always looking for strong Financial Managers who can bring solid technical accounting expertise, commercial insight and a hands-on approach to their finance teams. I am currently engaging with experienced Financial Managers in the market who are open to exploring their next career move within the Financial Services sector. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes Ensure accurate preparation and review of management accounts and financial statements Oversee reconciliations, journals, accruals and general ledger activities Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts Analyze financial performance and provide meaningful insights to management Monitor costs, revenue and key financial performance indicators Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis Financial Controls & Governance Maintain and strengthen financial controls and processes Identify potential financial risks and implement appropriate controls Support internal and external audit processes Ensure accurate and timely statutory and regulatory reporting Stakeholder & Team Management Partner with internal stakeholders across the business Provide financial guidance and support to senior management Lead, mentor and develop finance team members where applicable Drive continuous improvement across finance processes Job Experience and Skills Required Relevant BCom Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification 5+ years' experience within finance, with Financial Management experience Financial Services industry experience Strong financial reporting and management accounting experience Budgeting and forecasting experience Financial controls and governance Experience working with senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills If you are a Financial Manager considering your next career move and would like to be considered for opportunities across the Financial Services sector, I would love to connect with you.
