This role involves meat preparation, cutting, packaging, and customer service in a fast-paced butchery environment. Blockman Position in Lanseria, Gauteng Salary: R7,000 - R8,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Cut, trim and prepare various meat products according to required specifications. Weigh, portion, package and label meat products accurately. Ensure proper display and presentation of meat products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the butchery area. Follow food safety and health regulations at all times. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent. Previous experience as a Blockman/Butchery Assistant is advantageous. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to operate basic butchery equipment safely. Good customer service and communication skills.
