This hands-on role focuses on transforming machine learning models, AI concepts, and analytical solutions into scalable applications that support customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business decision-making. The successful candidate will work across multiple disciplines to design, build, integrate, and support intelligent applications and services. You will be responsible for moving solutions from concept to production while ensuring reliability, maintainability, performance, security, and business value. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and machine learning solutions. Build intelligent applications using large language models, natural language processing, and document intelligence technologies. Develop scalable APIs, workflows, pipelines, and automation solutions. Create retrieval and knowledge management solutions using modern AI techniques. Implement monitoring, observability, evaluation, and validation processes for AI applications. Conduct testing and performance assessments to ensure solution quality and reliability. Integrate AI solutions with databases, internal systems, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and data teams to deliver business-focused solutions. Produce technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices. Support and enhance solutions throughout their lifecycle. Job Experience and Skills Required Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered Strong experience developing production software using Python. Experience building and deploying AI, machine learning, NLP, or generative AI solutions. Experience implementing AI services within operational systems and business workflows. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, source control, and deployment processes. Experience working with databases, APIs, and structured or semi-structured datasets. Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and operational support for AI applications. Python development. SQL and database technologies. REST API development and integration. Large Language Models and AI application development. Natural Language Processing. Structured data validation and exception handling. Logging, monitoring, and observability. CI/CD and source control practices. Knowledge management and document processing solutions. Experience within financial services or regulated industries. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases. OCR, document classification, and information extraction. LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
