Build strong relationships with farmers, source quality fresh produce for export and grow your earnings through commission. If you have a passion for fresh produce and a strong commercial drive, this could be the opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Sourcing and purchasing grapes, deciduous and citrus fruit for export. Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, suppliers and distributors. Negotiating competitive pricing and favourable purchasing terms. Managing communication and relationships with key stakeholders throughout the supply chain. Monitoring market trends, pricing movements and relevant industry regulations. Requirements: Matric. Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in fruit procurement. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in purchasing fruit for export.
