Are you a qualified CA(SA) with strong consolidations experience and a passion for leading high-performing finance teams? An exciting opportunity has become available for a seasoned Finance Manager to join a dynamic, asset-intensive business operating in a complex and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will take ownership of the finance function and provide strategic financial leadership to the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading the accounting and financial operations function Managing monthly management accounts and financial reporting Preparing and reviewing group consolidations Driving budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities Ensuring IFRS, tax and statutory compliance Managing audit processes and external stakeholder relationships Delivering meaningful financial insights to senior leadership Leading, mentoring and developing a finance team Strengthening financial controls and governance processes Supporting strategic business decision-making through financial analysis This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining technical excellence with strategic leadership. Requirements CA(SA) qualification (essential) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 5 to 8 years' progressive finance experience Minimum 4 years' experience in a finance management role Proven consolidations experience (non-negotiable) Strong IFRS and financial reporting knowledge Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Demonstrated people management and leadership capability Highly Advantageous Commercial property, property fund or REIT experience Listed company exposure Experience within complex multi-entity structures Exposure to MDA ERP If you are looking for a strategic finance leadership opportunity where you can influence business performance, lead a talented team and add value at executive level, we would love to hear from you.
