Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare statutory returns and support audit processes. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive operational efficiency Job experience and Skill Required Com Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or equivalent Articles 1-2 years post-articles experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience within a high-volume industry environment preferred Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities SAIPA Professional Accountant or AGA(SA) designation Exposure to Power BI reporting and data analytics Experience with Microsoft Business Central , Navision, or Pastel Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organised Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive and solutions-driven mindset This opportunity offers exposure to a growing business, modern financial systems, and excellent career development prospects for driven accounting professionals eager to make an impact.
