Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building scalable software, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence? We're looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership within a cross-functional development team while remaining actively involved in coding, architecture, and solution delivery Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field 10+ years' experience building full-stack web applications 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Engineering role Strong experience with: .NET/C#, Node.js, or Java Angular, React, Next.js, Vue, or Svelte TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3 SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Azure and/or AWS Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS CI/CD and DevOps practices Experience with Agile delivery methodologies Cloud, AI/LLM integration, and relevant certifications are advantageous. What You'll Do Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions Lead architecture and technology decisions Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and DevSecOps standards Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions Champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering and automation.
