A leading property group is looking for a technically strong Financial Controller to join their finance team in Sandton. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) with solid commercial and financial reporting experience who has worked within the property industry and understands the complexities of property accounting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective management of the group's financial operations. Duties: Oversee the full financial accounting and reporting function. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant statutory requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Maintain strong financial controls and governance across the business. Support year-end reporting, audits and preparation of annual financial statements. Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across the property portfolio. Education and experience: CA(SA) qualification. 3–5 years' post-qualification experience. Property industry experience is essential. MDA or MRI experience is non-negotiable.
