They are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Financial Controller to join their finance team in Sandton . This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) who is ready to take ownership, make an impact and gain exposure within a fast-paced and evolving property environment. As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing the financial activities of the business and ensuring accurate, insightful and timely financial reporting. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be involved in both the operational and strategic aspects of the finance function. Key Responsibilities: Managing the month-end and year-end financial reporting process Preparing and reviewing management accounts and financial statements Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring strong financial controls Monitoring cash flow and supporting the overall financial performance of the business Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) qualification is essential 3–5 years' post-article experience Previous experience within the property industry is essential Strong experience using MDA is non-negotiable If you're a CA(SA) with property experience and strong MDA exposure, this could be the career move you've been waiting for!
