Are you a technically strong CA(SA) looking to take ownership of group-level finance within a well-established, multinational industrial business? This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading engineering organisation with a significant regional footprint, supporting customers across various countries. As Group Financial Manager , you will play a key role in the financial leadership of a complex group structure, overseeing reporting across 20–30 entities and managing sophisticated consolidations across multiple jurisdictions. Duties: Lead the group financial reporting function across 20–30 entities. Manage complex group consolidations across multiple entities and international operations. Oversee statutory reporting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and reporting standards. Drive accurate and timely month-end and group reporting processes. Partner with senior leadership and international stakeholders on financial performance and reporting. Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure strong financial governance and controls. Manage and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvement across the group finance function. Education and experience: CA(SA) qualification. 5–7 years’ management experience within a complex commercial environment. Strong group reporting and consolidation experience. Proven experience managing multiple entities and complex consolidations. Exposure to international operations and cross-border stakeholder management.
