About this role
Manage the commercial and financial aspects of glass and aluminium construction projects, including tendering, quantity take-offs, cost control, valuations and variations. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field 3–5 years’ relevant Quantity Surveying experience Glass and aluminium / façade construction experience – highly advantageous Strong experience with quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimating and project costing Experience with variations, progress claims and final accounts Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications Strong Excel and numerical skills Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail Professional registration – advantageous By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
