About this role
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Senior Financial Manager to join a fast-paced and growing business operating at the intersection of automotive salvage, insurance, vehicle remarketing, procurement, technology and AI. This is far more than a traditional Financial Manager role. You’ll have the opportunity to influence pricing, procurement, stock, cash flow, profitability and strategic decision-making while partnering directly with the Managing Director to drive the business forward. We’re looking for a qualified or highly experienced finance professional who combines strong technical finance capability with genuine commercial acumen. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in one or more of the following Vehicle remarketing Used vehicles Fleet Automotive High-volume, stock-based trading environments You’ll need strong Excel, ERP, reporting, dashboard and financial modelling skills, together with the confidence to interrogate numbers, challenge assumptions and make commercially sound recommendations. Experience working with data analytics, automation or AI-enabled financial/commercial tools will be highly advantageous.
