About this role
Manage the day-to-day facilities and maintenance of a property portfolio, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, fully functional and well maintained. Requirements Grade 12 / Matric – essential Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Construction, Mechanical, Technical or related field 3–5 years’ facilities management experience Commercial, retail and/or industrial property experience Project Management qualification – advantageous Intermediate technical knowledge of building, mechanical and technical services Knowledge of soft services management OHS Act and SHEQ compliance ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 knowledge Experience managing contractors, SLAs and service providers MS Office and MDA proficiency Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC’s clients and/or verification information suppliers.
