Background: Excellent opportunity within a manufacturing company for a PCP Controller to assist with the functions of production control Minimum Requirements: Matric or equivalent 2 – 3 Years relevant experience as a PCP Controller within a manufacturing environment Proficient on MS Office Suite, SAP, and Outlook Responsibilities: Complete operations daily on SAP Report completed orders to the Programmer Report clock numbers and completed actual hours to Industrial Engineering Issue dispatch lists to factory Issue production orders & retrieve completed production orders daily Delay indicators to be emailed daily to prescribed management and Supervisors Report on departmental KPI’s Assist with PCP Managers reports General assistance to the Factory Managers Coordinate with the Factory Supervisors to check needs and requirements with regards to drawings and orders At least two factory walk throughs to confirm drawings are stamped and no uncontrolled documents are on the factory floor Daily checking of delays in the factory and hold meetings with Supervisors to report these delays Daily PDR meetings Issue engineering drawings to the floor Retrieve and issue revision drawings from Engineering TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
