An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing international business based in Cape Town . Reporting to the UK Payroll Manager , you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services across the UK, Ireland, UAE, and South Africa . Key Responsibilities Process monthly, fortnightly, and ad-hoc payrolls across multiple regions Resolve payroll queries relating to salaries, leave, tax, pensions, and statutory payments Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth payroll delivery Prepare payroll reconciliations, journals, and reports Maintain accurate payroll and employee records Support payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements Partner with HR, Finance, and operational teams on payroll-related matters What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a Payroll Administrator or Payroll Specialist role Experience working with outsourced payroll providers Exposure to high-volume payroll environments Strong payroll reconciliation and reporting experience Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines International payroll exposure will be highly advantageous Apply Now!
